Comedy Night at the Fat Fox

The event happens on the first Wednesday of the month. You enter the comically crooked venue with a consistent, friendly crowd. The introduction matches the tone, improvised, relaxed and almost conversational. There certainly didn’t seem to be a script and if there was then it was veiled well.

There were no two acts the same in multiple hours, in fact the variety was a big surprise. There was classic stand up of different varieties, but also a guitar player and a sketch group. Those I spoke to had all different favourite acts, but my favourite was ‘The White Van man’ from Brighton (Below).
